In my practice, I often start by asking, "Where are you?" and “Where do you hope to be?”

It's a complex question, isn't it? Our stories, rich and multifaceted, cannot fully encapsulate who we are; something is always overlooked or left behind. Many come to therapy feeling stuck, unable to navigate through pain or life's hurdles, yearning for a sense that life is more than a series of passive events. Despite life’s inherent challenges and uncertainties, I believe we all deserve peace and clarity.
